Whenever the Prepaid Balance falls bellow the Low Account Level, an amber "LOW BAL" signal will appear in the toll lane. You must promptly contact the Customer Service Center and replenish the Prepaid Account directly using cash, debit card, credit card or company cheque or at the Cobequid Pass website with your credit card information or, you may also replenish the Prepaid Account in any staffed tollbooth using cash or company cheque. TAP PAYMENTS are now being accepted at the toll booths.
