Whenever the Prepaid Balance falls bellow the Low Account Level, an amber "LOW BAL" signal will appear in the toll lane. You must promptly visit the Customer Service Center and replenish the Prepaid Account directly using cash, debit card, credit card or company cheque. You may also replenish the Prepaid Account in any staffed tollbooth using cash or company cheque. Telephone, online and ABM banking are now available to our E-Pass Customers at the following financial institutions: Bank of Nova Scotia (BNS), CIBC, RBC Financial Group, TD Canada Trust, Bank of Montreal.
